Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

Eligibility for Repair and Replacement- Cricket Bat

• 90 daysreplacement warranty if a bat breaks horizontally across the middle.
• No replacement or repair warranty for bats breaking along the sides or bottom.
• 90 daysrepair or replacement warranty on handles, as applicable on inspection.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.

Eligibility for Replacement- other items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enq.carbonsports@gmail.com and send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/repair.

If your Replacement request is approved, then your replacement/repair will be processed, and a communication message will be sent to you on your mobile number or email id registered with us.

Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In that case, we will not be held responsible.
